Whether your a seasoned practitioner, completely new to yoga, or somewhere in the middle, we offer a variety of class options to suit you.

Since opening our hearts and doors in 2018, Namaste Studio has dedicated itself to promoting overall well-being and an approachable practice for everybody. Our methods extend beyond physical health, encompassing emotional, mental, and spiritual balance. Under the guidance of our devoted teachers, you can enhance resilience, reduce stress, and nurture mindfulness. Every class, pose, and breath is a step towards a more centered life, where wellness can become a lifestyle.
At its essence, yoga is a journey of self-discovery and growth. We’re here to guide and support you every step of the way. With a variety of classes designed to cater to all skill levels, you’ll find many opportunities to challenge yourself, expand your knowledge, and evolve both on and off the mat. Beyond yoga, it’s the shared laughter, experiences, and friendships that set us apart. Through group classes, retreats, and events, our members have connected deeply and cultivated lasting relationships.
For the Beginners we have multiple classes that have detailed and demonstrated instruction, as well as offering several Introduction to Yoga– 4 week series classes throughout the year. We also offer the option of private instruction if you prefer more one on one attention.
