Slow & Gentle

Our signature class! In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Modifications for body and injury are offered. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full body relaxation and balance are the goals as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion.

*Slow paced class, great for beginners. Full demonstration, modification options provided. All levels welcome.

Breathe & Pose

A combination class that includes poses linked together with a slower flowing Vinyasa, breathing practices and restorative postures. You’ll build strength, enhanced flexibility and range of motion.

*Mid-paced class, Beginners may find some parts challenging. Full demonstration, modification options provided. All levels welcome.

Yin Yoga

Restorative yoga works to allow your body to release deep-held tension by fully supporting the body with props (pillows, straps, blocks and bolsters). As you relax into the posture, you’ll feel deep relief of neck, shoulder, back pain, reduced stress, increased vitality and mental clarity. Learn to restore and refresh the body as we add aromatherapy and *candlelight.

*Relaxed/floor based class, perfect for beginners. Full demonstration, modification options and props provided. All levels welcome.

Ignite Energy (Heated to 85 degrees)

We start by heating the room to 80-85. Expect a vinyasa style yoga class where breath initiates movement from one pose to another. We will create internal heat, increase strength, balance, and flexibility. This class bring awareness to our movement through the use of breath, while creating a balanced body through steadiness and ease with the addition of a heated room. This class offers a variety of yoga poses, playful transitions, creative sequences and offers modifications.

Deep Stretch

Explore longer holds in poses to dive into the less elastic spaces in your body. This practice has a rehabilitative effect on the joints, especially the hips, lower back and cervical spine, and is created to uncover the flexibility that gives us a sense of ease and lightness in our bodies. Deep stretch is a great way to step outside the daily rigors of life and journey to a deep state of relaxation.
