Ryan Noack RYT-200

Ryan found yoga as a way to recover after long stints working in the backcountry of Montana. Yoga helped relieve physical aches and pains, but before long he found the amazing mental and spiritual relief a dedicated practice provides. This quickly turned into an everyday practice for Ryan and became a grounding, transformative, and self-loving experience.

While living in Laurel, Ryan began classes at Namaste Studio. He jumped head first into Teacher Training and completed a 200-hour certification in 2021. Since beginning his journey, Ryan has developed a passion for teaching a slow and static, yet challenging style of yoga that promises to bring more awareness to each student’s inner light and breath. He is always willing to chat about the deeper questions yoga asks of us all, as we learn to turn inward and understand the power we each have within.

Shawna Sprandel RYT-200

Shawna’s began practicing yoga in 2018. At first, she stayed for the physical aspects but soon came to realize the centering and calming that enters the mind and body after each time on the mat. Shawna continued to practice as well as encourage others facing struggles to attend yoga or try meditation. Shawna took her teacher training with Namaste Studio in 2022.

Shawna believes that yoga can guide us into a deeper understanding of ourselves, which will allow us to move through life with steadiness and ease. She strives to connect her students with their inner self and find a sense of calm during classes. She teaches a Hatha and Vinyasa and works hard to teach to students abilities through the use of props and modifications. When she’s not teaching class, Shawna enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, getting out into nature, traveling, fishing, and camping. She also enjoys being active with running, skiing, hiking and walking the family dogs.
