About Us

Jessica Moore E-RTY 500/ YACEP/Owner

Jessica’s yoga journey began in 2011 with a single class that lit a spark—something about the connection of movement, breath, and inner awareness felt like coming home. While balancing the demands of a growing family and a full schedule, she continued her personal practice and began seeking a teacher training that could meet her where she was. In 2017, she completed her RYT 200 certification and stepped into the role of teacher, offering classes in local studios, gyms, and pop-up sessions around Laurel and the surrounding areas. Since then, her passion for learning has led her to pursue over 1,800 hours of advanced training and to teach more than 7,000 hours of classes. Jessica holds certifications in Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga, Hot 26+2, Seniors 65+, Chair Yoga, YIN Yoga, and a Personal Training certification. This broad base allows her to guide a diverse range of students with confidence, compassion, and adaptability.

Jessica is known for her deeply attentive teaching style. Her classes are grounded in the belief that yoga should feel accessible, inclusive, and personal. She is committed to helping every student explore what movement and stillness look like in their body—emphasizing modifications, mindful alignment, and the power of personal choice on the mat. Whether she’s teaching a fiery flow or a quiet YIN class, Jessica creates space for physical exploration, emotional release, and authentic connection. She believes that yoga is more than just a practice—it’s a lifelong relationship with the self. Her classes are shaped by intention, presence, and a genuine desire to hold space for others as they navigate their own path.

Off the mat, Jessica brings the same creativity and curiosity into her everyday life. She loves spending time with her family, planning her next travel adventure (passport always ready!), diving into home renovation projects, or getting crafty with a DIY or art project. Her life is full of movement in all forms—from power tools to paintbrushes, long walks to yoga flows—and she thrives in spaces where growth and imagination meet.

Becca Noack RYT 500

Becca grew up a competitive athlete and was introduced to yoga as another modality for stretching and strengthening to enhance her performance. It wasn’t until 2016 when she had moved from Montana to California that she decided to dive into and deeply explore all facets of the yoga practice. Becca did her 200 hour teacher training with Kelly Metcalf at Harmony House Yoga in Pismo Beach, CA and a year later studied under Peter Sterios for her 300 hour teacher training. Between leaving California and moving back home to Montana in 2020, Becca spent 3 months doing a karma yogi exchange program at the Sivananda Bahamas Yoga Ashram. “Yoga is a vast and deep well of knowledge and wisdom, I feel that the practice teaches me both strength and flexibility which translates throughout my entire being- physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. With yoga I am better equipped to move through life with grace and ease.”

Heyli Pardee RYT 200

Heyli discovered yoga in high school and was instantly drawn to the calm, creative and energizing space it offered. As she explored different studios and styles, her passion grew, eventually inspiring her to travel to Bali, where she earned her RYT 200 certification in 2018. From there she embarked on a solo backpacking journey that took her across 8 countries throughout the world.

While she enjoys being a student in high intensity classes with challenging poses and inversions, Heyli’s teaching style is grounded, accessible and inclusive. She emphasizes deep-stretch flows and beginner friendly sequences. In her classes, you’ll be encouraged to use props, explore variations and listen to your body, whether your on day one or day one thousand of your yoga journey. Her goal is to meet you where you are and help move with intention, curiosity and care. When she’s not teaching yoga, you’ll often find her paddleboarding, hiking, enjoying photography, traveling to new countries or diving into just about any outdoor adventure.

This quickly turned into an everyday practice for Ryan and became a grounding, transformative, and self-loving experience.

While living in Laurel, Ryan began classes at Namaste Studio. He jumped head first into Teacher Training and completed a 200-hour certification in 2021. Since beginning his journey, Ryan has developed a passion for teaching a slow and static, yet challenging style of yoga that promises to bring more awareness to each student’s inner light and breath. He is always willing to chat about the deeper questions yoga asks of us all, as we learn to turn inward and understand the power we each have within.
