This relaxing journey begins with Gentle Yoga and Restorative Yin to restore and connect with the body, reduce stress and calm the mind. We will shift into a guided Yoga Nidra meditation for conscious rest, followed by a soothing sound bath for an overall rejuvenating and transformative experience that will leave you melting into your mat.

Join Becca DeMeyer RYT 500 for this 2 hour workshop where we will practice, play, and explore getting our bodies off our feet and onto our hands! As this may feel unusual for many people, we will discuss the limiting beliefs around arm balances and how to break down these mental as well as physical barriers. Our focus will be navigating a sequence that properly engages our bodies so we can begin to understand the principles of stacking our bones and proper alignment. We will break down all the steps and use props to help us!

Awakening the Shadow Self: A Yoga Experience is a transformative class that delves into the depths of the psyche, allowing participants to explore and integrate their shadow aspects through yin yogic practices. This class provides a unique opportunity for self-discovery and personal growth, creating space for individuals to embrace their whole selves and cultivate inner harmony. Please bring a pen and a notebook.

Designed for Seniors, those with limited mobility, previous injury, or anyone who doesn’t want a “traditional” class getting up and down off the floor! This class is open to EVERYONE regardless of age!

If your Insurance/Medicare plan includes Silver Sneakers/Prime this class is free of charge. If your unsure of your insurance please check your eligibility.
