Our signature spring retreat at Chico Hot Springs in Pray, Montana, is expanding! This year, we’re thrilled to offer two serene weekends filled with mineral hot springs, rejuvenating yoga, evening sound baths, and nourishing meals. Limited to 12 spots per weekend – our retreats have sold out in days each year, so secure your place early!

A special evening class to celebrate the Solstice and Welcome the return of the light and the Winter season. Candlelight will fill the room as we skip our normal twinkle lights. Enjoy the relaxation of crystal singing bowls and rain sticks as we transition in the depths of winter! We will end with a candle light guided meditation as we reflect on the past year.

Join Shawna for a Pelvic Floor Workshop that focuses on stabilizing and strengthening, as well as stretching and lengthening the pelvic floor muscles for a deeper connection to your body and your yoga practice. A strong pelvic floor helps to keep pelvic and abdominal organs healthy and is a foundation for posture, pose alignment, core strength, and breath! Curious about yoga? This 2 class series is designed for those new to Yoga ( no experience necessary), or those looking to deepen their practice. Join me for a step-by-step guide to poses and breathing, hands on adjustments, and pose modifications to fit all body types and limitations. If your Insurance/Medicare plan includes Silver Sneakers/Prime this class is free of charge. If your unsure of your insurance please check your eligibility.

Not included with your plan? No problem! For those 65 and up it’s $5 per class
