As the longest day of the year marks the official beginning of summer, we invite you to pause, reflect, and reset with the healing vibrations of sound and a guided meditation focused on “Illumination and Renewal”.

This special evening session will harness the energy of the solstice—a time of light, growth, and transformation. You’ll be guided through a meditative sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments designed to calm the nervous system, balance energy, and promote inner clarity.

What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat or blanket
  • Pillow or bolster for comfort
  • Water bottle
  • Anything else you need to feel cozy and supported
